DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
We currently do not sell gift cards.

WHERE IS SKY ROASTED COFFEE SERVED?
Our coffee is served in select cafes and establishments across the Southeast. For specific locations or inquiries about carrying Sky Roasted, contact us at brew -at- skyroasted.com

🌱 COFFEE

IS SKY ROASTED FAIR TRADE OR ETHICALLY SOURCED?
We source all our beans from trusted importers and farms that emphasize fair pricing and sustainable practices—often paying well above Fair Trade minimums.

IS YOUR COFFEE ORGANIC?
While not all our coffees are certified organic, they are grown using organic methods. Certifications are listed in each product description when applicable. Many of the farms we get our supply from are too small to be officially certified organic.

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO BREW MY COFFEE AFTER ROAST?
Our coffee typically hits its peak flavor 5–14 days after roasting. For espresso, we suggest waiting at least 10 days off-roast.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF SKY ROASTED COFFEE?
Unopened, sealed bags retain flavor for up to 60 days post-roast. Once opened, we recommend enjoying within 2-3 weeks.

CAN YOU GRIND MY COFFEE?
Yes! Select your preferred grind type when adding to your cart.

HOW IS YOUR COFFEE PACKAGED?
Each bag is sealed with a one-way valve to lock in freshness.

WHAT GRINDER SHOULD I USE?
A burr grinder is best for consistency. Blade grinders often produce uneven grinds, which leads to poor extraction.


📦 SHIPPING

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
$5-6 flat rate for all orders.

WHO DO YOU SHIP WITH?
Most orders ship via USPS. Large or special orders may be delivered via UPS or FedEx.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We roast and ship Monday–Friday. Orders placed before 8am ET usually ship same or next day.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your coffee ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link so you can follow it to your doorstep.

I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY COFFEE—NOW WHAT?
Check your tracking link. If it’s lost or delayed more than 5 business days, contact us and we’ll fix it.

MY PACKAGE ARRIVED DAMAGED.
Please take a photo of the damaged items and contact us and we’ll send a replacement right away.


🔁 SUBSCRIPTIONS

CAN I GIFT A SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes! Select “Gift Subscription” at checkout. Choose the start date and duration—no reminders or cancellations needed.

CAN I CHANGE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes. Log in to your account to change frequency, grind type, address, or payment info.

WHEN DOES MY CARD GET CHARGED?
At signup, then again at each renewal based on your selected schedule (e.g., every 7, 14, or 30 days).

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Log in and select “Manage Subscription” → “Cancel.” Or email us and we’ll take care of it.


💬 RETURNS & SUPPORT

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you’re not satisfied with your coffee, contact us within 14 days. While we can’t accept returns on used coffee, we’ll work to make things right.

CAN I RETURN MERCHANDISE?
Yes. Unused apparel or gear can be returned within 30 days. Buyer pays return shipping.
